1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using mfehealthsolutions.com and any related tools, quoting flows, or communications operated by MFE Health Solutions ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Services
MFE Health Solutions is an independent insurance advisory that provides quoting, education, and appointment scheduling for individual, family, and small-business health and life insurance products. Insurance coverage is offered by third-party insurance carriers; MFE Health Solutions and its licensed agents are not an insurance carrier.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services.
4. Accuracy of Submissions
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or otherwise contacting us. You may not submit information about another person without their authorization.
5. Agent & Licensing Disclosure
When you submit a quote or contact form, your information is delivered to a licensed MFE Health Solutions agent so they can respond to your inquiry. Licensing status and appointed carriers vary by state; your agent will confirm licensing and product availability in your state before recommending coverage. MFE Health Solutions is not the agent of record on any policy unless and until you sign an enrollment application designating a licensed MFE agent.
6. No Insurance, Legal, Tax, or Medical Advice
Content on the Services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute insurance, legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. Coverage, pricing, benefits, and eligibility depend on the carrier, plan, and applicant, and are subject to the carrier's underwriting, terms, and conditions. Sample premiums shown in quoting tools are estimates only and are not a binding offer of coverage.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, layouts, and software on the Services are owned by MFE Health Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or republish material without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services without authorization.
- Interfere with the Services, attempt to bypass security, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
- Use the Services to transmit spam or unauthorized commercial messages.
9. Communications Consent
By submitting a form and checking the applicable consent boxes, you authorize MFE Health Solutions and the licensed agent handling your inquiry to reach you by phone, SMS, and email regarding your inquiry and related insurance products. 10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFE Health Solutions and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFE Health Solutions from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at info@mfehealthsolutions.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. If a dispute is not resolved, both parties agree to binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Class actions and class-wide arbitration are waived.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Messaging Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MFE Health Solutions regarding the Services.
16. Changes & Contact
